Small Changes I Made to my Life

Today I wanted to write about small changes I am making to my life. There are several big changes that I already made and smaller adaptations that are still happening.

The recent big changes I made are to focus more on strength training and to follow a 5 day training plan, with 5 days of strength training and 2 days of rest per week. Most of this training is done with machines. I am also trying to do strength group classes but due to family obligations I have not done so well with being regular. I go at least once per week.

Other changes I made were mainly on cooking at home and trying to develop recipes with less calories than when eating in restaurants.

Some of my favorite recipes:

a) Breakfast

Pancakes

Oatmeal

Bread with hummus or beans and some “Aufstrich”.

Scrambled eggs.

b) Lunch or dinner:

Knödel filled with meat or Nutella

Homemade pasta

Gnocchi

Soup

Sous vide meat or fish

Potatoes either steamed or in the oven (200 degrees, ventilator, 45 to 90 mins)

Meatballs

Gefüllte Paprika

Ice cream.

Things I am thinking about lately:

  1. I’d like to go to Apetlon and I want Manuel to help me finish the project.

  2. Tomorrow I will get the “project” from Sandor and I will see Mr. Zwetti.

  3. I need to bring the Toyota back to Wels and I need to get it from Apetlon to bring it to Wels.

  4. I want to pump up the tyres of the Vello Bikes.

  5. I need to find the ear plugs.

  6. Wimberger, he needs to sign the contract and pay the BK.
