The Struggles of Planning My Day and Wanting to Lose Weight
I am not sure what to write but I will start with writing about that it isn’t clear to me if I should start tyoing or speaking so that I can generate more ideas about what I want to write about.
Things that are new:
Yesterday I was so inspired by the New York times app that I started to think about writing a blog and really writing things that are relevant to me but more importantly I want to add an audio file that says “Listen to this article'“ and I want to add my own music when I add my voice to the article.
I am thinking about why it is so hard for me to lose weight. It was easier when I forced myself not to eat until lunch time. I already have a big lunch at 11:30 so it should be pretty easy to include less food in my diet until 11:30. Elia walks about 20k steps per day. The challenge for me is to make a big strip of paper and on this paper write down the things that I want to do and then really do them.
One other new thing is trying to call people and talk to them. I was trying to talk to Berenice and my mother more but it seems hard to keep up with everyone.
I want to find an order for my guitar notes.
Things I need to buy:
Zwiebel, getrocknete Himbeeren, Klarsichtfolien, Indexkartons für meine Mappe, etc.
Italien Plan:
Ich brauche eine Fernbedienung, ein italienisches Kennzeichen, ich muss Roberto und Davide und den unteren Eigentümer anrufen.
Wir brauchen eine Fernbedienung. Wir müssen schauen, dass das Tor aufgeht.
Ich muss Schlüssel nachmachen lassen.
